Void
Silence
expanding,
Shrinking
echoes perpetuating,
Destroying
cyclical energy
In
the known and unknown with their limits;
The
indefinable domain
Fills
the psyches of our mortals—
Takes
us back into its bliss!
Fire
That
which lights up our spirits,
Secures
egos, paves the way
For
rightful use of our life,
Creates
a passion, nourishing our body and mind,
Cares
for our health and glory,
Be
the source for our senses —
Takes
us back to the void!
Air
The
atmosphere within, without,
Gives
life to our breath,
Scent
to our love and other emotions,
Creates
mountains and storms
That
shapes our will,
Aid
in every use possible—
Takes
us finally to ether!
Water
The
elixir supreme in all forms,
All
encompassed and encompassing,
The
medium unseen elsewhere
But
created in a fit here,
Through
which we arose as a life,
Takes
away all the impurities,
Cherishes
and absolves our souls —
Takes
us in the end, sadly though!
Earth
The Terra firma attracts all things
With
gravity, our attachment
In
home and hearth on a thin layer
Where
God has walked once,
Helped
sprout many a holy soul,
Our
playground, a stage, and passing station;
Bids
adieu in a great shattering—
Consummates
our blissful lives.
